Han Chiang University College is a non-profit private university college in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. HCUC is located in Southeast Asia, Malaysia has friendly relations with its neighbours, sharing land and maritime borders with Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines. Malaysia is also geographically close to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.

Globally recognised programmes: HCUC offers 16 programmes which are approved by Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and its qualification agency (the Malaysian Qualifications Agency). HCUC certifications are internationally accepted by most universities.

Hostel Villa Damai: Han Chiang University College of Communication is complete with accommodation facilities located at Jalan Edgecumbe, Pulau Tikus, 10250 George Town, Pulau Pinang. It's a seven (7) storey apartment block consisting of two (2) units per level.
